I have a few users. Some admins some aren't. On a fresh kubuntu 13.10 install on some logins <i get the error message. Soemtimes the "Task Manager" stays greyed and not accessible.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install kubuntu 13.10
2. create users
3. login
Actual Results:  
I get some error message and when trying to report the bug I get "kded isn't running" so I'm filling this manually

Expected Results:  
normal login

Application: kded4 (4.11.2)
KDE Platform Version: 4.11.2
Qt Version: 4.8.4
Operating System: Linux 3.11.0-13-generic x86_64
Distribution: Ubuntu 13.10

I think I found the problem. I noticed after log in the layout indicator (set to "Show flag") is missing. I have two layouts: English and Hebrew. I then used keyboard setting to set it to "not show layout" and added to the panel the widget that's called keyboard layout - restart - all is well.
