turn off FXAA

if you need it for a game, put the game into a script wrapper and

nvidia-settings -a FXAA=1
quake
nvidia-settings -a FXAA=0

alternatively put kwin into a script and turn it off or add an application profile once nvidia supports FXAA there.

This is not a bug, FXAA is a global antialiaser and you get exactly what it suggests to do.
