If toolbar is hidden, there is no key combination which will restore it.
The .kde/share/config/muon-discoverrc must be manually edited or removed.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Either uncheck the box for Hide Toolbar or use key combo alt-t from menu.
2. Toolbar disappears
3. No key combination seems able to restore it.
Actual Results:  
No toolbar ( expected ), no recourse to restore toolbar.

Expected Results:  
alt-t or some other would restore the toolbar.

Reported on Freenode #kubuntu channel, confirmed by a helper there ( myself ).

Don't make kxmlgui deal with the toolbar either

The toolbar in discover shouldn't be played around, there's little to win
and much to lose.
