The width of the sidebar is not remembered. It is also quite small by default.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Resize sidebar.
2. Hide sidebar.
3. Show sidebar.
Actual Results:  
It comes back with default size.

Expected Results:  
It comes back with the last size.

It does remember which view(s) are open.
