Some application notifications do not necessarily to show notifications permanently.

Action required notifications can remain until user removes them, but some notifications like Clementine, Copy, Move, Delete should be removed after completion or after a delay.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use an application which uses notification system
2.

Actual Results:  
Currently notifications remain permanently.

Expected Results:  
Application specific notifications (such as Clementine or Copy, Move operations) should be removed after some specific duration.
