Note: all crashes are from Debian Sid with KDE from experimental . Something might go wrong there.
Comment 8 pridebay_un 2013-07-11 19:18:55 UTC
I can confirm that after a recent upgrade I can no longer reproduce this bug.
Comment 9 Christoph Feck 2013-07-11 21:54:53 UTC
Can you check your in the change logs of the upgraded packages, if any Debian bug report is mentioned?
Comment 10 pridebay_un 2013-07-12 07:21:54 UTC
Well, I did quite a few (ca. 200+) upgrades, which I had to carry out in steps as they would constantly try to nuke my system by removing kdebase itself :) Unfortunately, for some there is no changelog available, others do not mention anything interesting.
But the most notorious ones were:
libsmoke (and derivatives, versions vary)
kde-runtime (4.10.4-1+b1)
kdelibs (4.10.4-1+b1)
libkdecore5 (4.10.4-1+b1)
kdebase-runtime (4.10.4-1)

Close as downstream problem . Now that KDE SC 4.10.5 is available in Sid, please upgrade and check whether the problem is still there.
Comment 12 Pablo 2013-07-17 10:56:41 UTC
The problem is out after updated to 4.10.5-1 from SID.
