Reassigning to the kde-windows team (nothing for Konversation to do based on the available info). Has anybody figured out a solution? Or has any comments? I have tried running in two sandboxes. Both of them had the same result as not running in a sandbox. I also have tried compatibility mode. None worked. Disabling Antivirus did not work. Can you try to run debugview (from sysinternals) and copy the output here? Also: Which compiler did you choose when installing konversation? Did you do a fresh installation or did you update? Did you install only konversation? Srsly, I NEED A SOLUTION RIGHT NOW. How did you install KDE windows? Did you follow http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/KDE_on_Windows/Installation ? Which compiler did you use, MinGW or MSVC?
