Gwenview should have the option to set the current image as wallpaper and to open the wallpaper's settings of the desktop to better set the scale, etc...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a photo in Gwenview
2. Right click on the photo
Actual Results:  
There is not option: "Set as wallpaper"

Expected Results:  
There should be an option that allows to set the photo as wallpaper
