What kind of events are you missing? Are you complaining that they don't appear as notifications, or that you can't edit/disable them in systemsettings? Notifications are enabled in system settings for power events, but suspend events don't reach the system notifier despite being enabled. The power notifer (ac adapter) works fine. Please set the bug status. They don't appear as notifications. Needs further investigation, changing status. What kind of notification are you talking about? Power events? Suspend events? I don't get it. (In reply to Kai Uwe Broulik from comment #6) > What kind of notification are you talking about? Power events? Suspend > events? I don't get it. In the Power Management System notification events, Suspension Inhibited is checked but there are no notifications when for example Playing / Pausing in Amarok, which supends and resumes sleep inhibition depending on playback state. Kai Uwe, does comment #7 provide the requested information? Please set the bug status. No response, reassigning. Git commit 928b497de4f563d5b9f223d675de94c6d226cc9d by Kai Uwe Broulik. Committed on 07/06/2015 at 18:08. Pushed by broulik into branch 'master'. Remove "Suspend inhibited" notification It probably never worked, given it was enabled by default but didn't show up. Also, having a notification appear telling you that your browser is now suppressing power management everytime you play a video or start a download, isn't particularly useful, especially since battery monitor nowadays shows when an application does that.
