There's this review since November that somehow we still haven't decided whether to push or not: https://git.reviewboard.kde.org/r/107264/ we had a discussion (involving Thomas too IIRC) to decide what to do. We said we'd said an email to Plasma to discuss the problem more broadly and come up with an actual ruling for everyone. No-one did that. That's why it's stuck. Update: Email is on plasma-devel. If that reaches a conclusion please reopen or close this as appropriate.
