There is so many messages in short time in popular multi-user conferences. I think, there is a good idea to make style where message presents in one line (or do this setting in style config dialog), so the chat window will display more messages.

You can see attached screenshot to understand what I mean.

I can try to create that new style, if I found some documentation about it.

In the future (hopefully in 0.6) you will be able to configure the theme also for multi user chat (see https://git.reviewboard.kde.org/r/108571/ ). Even though the default theme is not going to be changed for now, you will be able to install and use other themes from http://www.adiumxtras.com/ (I suggest http://www.adiumxtras.com/index.php?a=xtras&xtra_id=8026 )
