after being left idle for a while, my pc will be locked automatically and the lock screen show itself.
but at this moment, i just need to move my mouse to unlock the screen without entering any password.
if i lock the screen manually, then i  need to enter password to unlock screen.

os: openSUSE12.2

I confirm this bug.
Opensuse 12.3 x86_64

Just a suppose:
probably, the intended behaviour is to unlock the screen imediatelly after the locking if the user confirms his presence (i.e. moves a mouse).
However, the kwin unlocks with mouse always, even the session was auto-locked after hours of absence.

The KWin requires the password if the session was locked manually or the session was suspended.
