in system settings > device actions, all of the actions listed are non removable, without any reason given as to why, other than "cannot be deleted".

This is not a duplicate of that bug, since that bug is about gwenview showing up for cameras, while this one is about all of the device actions that I have not being deletable. Including ones that have nothing to do with cameras or gwenview.
