The crash is quite weird, looks like you managed to open the edit account dialog several times, until it just crashes in the destructor (that was probably the flash you saw, it did run for a split second). I guess (and that's a wild guess) that there's some delay when waiting for (not-properly-working) kwallet, which allows you to start the dialog several times (I managed to open two at most). Let's leave this report for the crash, for the kwallet-not-reporting-errors bug I'm cloning this/creating new one. Created attachment 77307 [details]
