Since KDE was updated to 4.9.3 version, when I open Krunner, by example, to launch an application, when I press Enter to launch it, sometimes Krunner does not launch the application and I am forced to click in the application entry in Krunner.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Krunner.
2. Write an application name.
3. Press Enter.
Actual Results:  
Sometimes, when you write an application name in Krunner, when you press Enter to launch it, Krunner does not launch the application.

Expected Results:  
When you press Enter after you have written an application name in Krunner, it should be launched, as before.
