In KinfoCenter Modules 
If you open the help center Applications>Help>Glossary Under “Alphabetically” It is not in Alphabetical order.

Please clarify what you mean:

1) KHelpcenter - Contents tab - KInfoCenter Modules
   items not in alphabetic order

or

2)KHelpcenter - Glossary tab - Alphabetically
  items not in alphabetic order
