Ok need more infos. Crash ? Backtrace ? Warning in console ? etc. Hi for my intention: no crash no message on the screen did not look into console, will do that, anything else? 2012/11/1 Laurent Montel <montel@kde.org> > https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=309364 > > Laurent Montel <montel@kde.org> changed: > > What |Removed |Added > > ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- > Status|UNCONFIRMED |NEEDSINFO > CC| |montel@kde.org > Resolution|--- |WAITINGFORINFO > > --- Comment #1 from Laurent Montel <montel@kde.org> --- > Ok need more infos. > Crash ? > Backtrace ? > Warning in console ? > etc. > > -- > You are receiving this mail because: > You reported the bug. > I need info about your problem :) KGlobal::locale::Warning your global KLocale is being recreated with a valid main component instead of a fake component, this usually means you tried to call i18n related functions before your main component was created. You should not do that since it most likely will not work Object::connect: No such signal Akonadi::EntityTreeModel::collectionFetched(int) kmail2(4185)/kdecore (KConfigSkeleton) KCoreConfigSkeleton::writeConfig: hubert@linux-pa5t:~> kmail: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib64/libmailcommon.so.4: undefined symbol: _ZN7Akonadi22SpecialMailCollections27verifyI18nDefaultCollectionENS0_4TypeE Hello Laurent it took a while, but I had serious health problems the weeks ago. The kmail problem still exists, therefore I send the Konsol "remarks" when trying to start from Konsol. I hope this is the info you need Regards Hubert 2012/11/1 Laurent Montel <montel@kde.org> > https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=309364 > > --- Comment #3 from Laurent Montel <montel@kde.org> --- > I need info about your problem :) > > -- > You are receiving this mail because: > You reported the bug. > > _ZN7Akonadi22SpecialMailCollections27verifyI18nDefaultCollectionENS0_4TypeE
This clearly means you're mixing packages. Make sure your packages all come from the same place and have a consistent version
