FolderView on panel shows folder with big numbers of items incorrectly. If there are fewer items items seems OK, but scrolling doesn't work.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put the FolderView widget onto the panel.
2. Change in settings of it /home folder for any othed folder with big number of items.
3. See the displaying of this folder.
Actual Results:  
It's impossible to use the widget.

Expected Results:  
FolderView should show any folder contents in normal size with workable scrolling.

In KDE on my last distro (openSUSE 11.3) it wasn't so. Everything was OK.
