konqueror (4.8.4 (4.8.4)) on KDE Platform 4.8.4 (4.8.4) using Qt 4.8.1

Same scenario as in the original bug report. Close the about section, application crashes. This can be reproduced for EVERY kde application.
qt-at-spi is not installed, yet apps still crash.

Valgrind log of the crash in RKWard

A user reported the same problem for RKWard with kdelibs 4.8.5, qt 4.8.1 on Ubuntu 12.04.1. The user kindly provided a valgrind log of starting RKWard, opening the "About" dialog and closing it. The log shows a whole bunch of problems inside QAccessible code, so that's another finger pointing in that general direction.
