This becomes non-trivial as you can select contacts from different accounts. With the current limited system, you can't select contacts from a different account, and as such it will always work (or should). If we implemented this we would end up with something that works sometimes but not others and I don't really like that. I'm relegating it to "unconfirmed" until we have a plan. Can anyone think of a good solution? We could start by allowing to select all the users you want and showing as enabled only the supported actions for that set of contacts. Is this even possible? Spec for createConferenceTextChat requires an initial channel. Given no-one has replied to comment #3 I'm not sure it's possible. It's not worth considering until ad-hoc group chats work 100% first anyway. |
