I cannot comment on kile on windows. The version I have there was installed from binary and does not have the sync feature. (Version 2.9.60 Using KDE Development Platform 4.8.00 (4.8.0)) Sorry, I don't understand what you mean with "PreviewPDF". Do you maybe mean "ForwardPDF"? Alt + 7 is mapped to "PreviewPDF". This shows the pdflatex (Alt + 6) compiled .pdf in the document viewer on the right. I looks the same as with live preview, but its not automatically updated. You have to manually choose pdflatex or Alt + 6 to recompile. This must have been fixed in some recent release. Synchronization is working for me. Therefore closing this bug. |
