I dont get a bar and with mouse I cant scroll down to see all my files and folders on desktop with folderview. I now that was implementem cause it used to work, 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add files and folders to desktop folderview untill the desktop if full of icons
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
I don see new files and I cant scroll desktop.

Expected Results:  
I should be able to scroll throught icons on desktop when it is full and it can show more off them, cause the icon grid is filled up.
on desktop layout: "folder view" should work like the widget "folder view" or like in dolphin, where I can scroll down all my files in current directory.

as You can see it is full of icons, but not all are displayed, cause there more icons doesnt fit. It should be shown on the right side a bar to scroll down for more icons

Which KDE version is this about? Please do not forget to set the version field in your bug reports or at least mention the version in the bug description.

kde version 4.8.3 I have filled it but forum doesnt remeber that entry I supose :P
When I saw that it stay empty, I've edited it and now it is :D

Thank you for the feedback, Apparently there is a bug in the version field not keeping the information.

Switch to "Left to right, top to bottom flow" and the scrollbar will appear. This bug appears when using "Top to bottom" (columns first) flow.

thanks man. it works back again. I hope that it will be working on kde 4.8.3 :D
