When I try to create new album with Gallery2 export plugin with non ascii character in its name (eg. ěščřžýáíé), that character is translated as "?" (so I have album name Dovolen? instead of Dovolená). I have to log in to the Gallery webpage and change that manualy in admin screen.

Plugin can display names with accented character normaly after they are changed in the Gallery interface.

Fixed with #147268
