I can confirm this issue and will look into a good solution. As a (admittedly poor) workaround, you can of course set the font to a smaller size. Sans-Serif size 8 seems to be sufficient for me. But this is much smaller than I would want so I will look into a better solution. *** Bug 373719 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Created attachment 174337 [details]

Seems it is now fixed and the bug can be fixed.
1. set the "Numerical System Mode" from the Settings Menu.
2. Enable "Show Bit Edit" as well, from the same menu
Window automatically became wider. See screenshot.
