New crash information added by DrKonqi
dolphin (1.7) on KDE Platform 4.7.4 (4.7.4) using Qt 4.7.4
-- Information about the crash:
- What I was doing when the application crashed:
using dolphin in xfce. columb view. Samba share. browse to folder. auth asked and entered then submit. browsed to a folder that I know I HAVE perms to. works. Then browse to a folder I DO NOT have perms to and then the crash.
- Custom settings of the application:
not in KDE (user GUI is xfce). My router has a USB port and an external hard drive is connected (500GB) and shared via router/samba/firmware. ASUS RT-N56U. I could try updating the firmware, but haven't

could not duplicate bug when: 1. switching dolphin to double click mode 2. View->Adjust View Properties: view mode "details", apply to all folders, "use these view properties as default". for now this is a good enough work around for me. Thanks. Thanks for the report, this issue is fixed in 4.8.0 |
