the search field in 'Add Widgets...' has a blue border and a blinking curser, so it looks as if it had focus but it doesnt have focus, you still have to click in it

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
click Panel Tool Box
click Add Widgets
observe that there is a textfield with a blinking cursor
type something
observe that nothing happens
now click in the textfield
type something
now it works

Actual Results:  
the search field is not immediately usable even though it looks like

Expected Results:  
make it consistent. either the search field should not look as if it had focus, or it should actually have focus. i would clearly prefer the latter
