Active news reader works here now, some hours ago it did not work. I think it not work before because the routing table in my VirtualBox was screw up, which means my image inside VirtualBox was not able to access the Internet. Now that I fix the routing table it works. The aboutapp behaves the same when offline. When I click on a link it does nothing, if I am online it opens the web browser as expected. That's interesting. I have Internet connectivity so it should work. And even if I didn't, showing a blank page is not very user friendly IMHO. A basic dialog saying that you are offline or something like that would help users to know why there are no contents. (In reply to comment #2) > That's interesting. If we cannot show anything because there is no internet connection, the user has to be notified of that. Already fixed.
