I have installed kubuntu 11.10 on my laptop. Its working fine. 
The problem is with the klipper application. I have changed the keyboard shortcut for klipper from default (CTRL+ALT+V) to CTRL+` but after restarting the shortcut is automatically switched to default.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
i tried to change the shortcut from system settings-->global keyboard shortcuts tab.

Actual Results:  
The shortcut has changed, but after restarting the shortcut automatically switched to default

Expected Results:  
I should able to change the shortcut

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.0.0-13-generic

The bug is reproducible and looks like bug 278108, 266113.

No as is not related to the plasma-netbook activity. It is a duplicate of a systemsettings bug in KCM-Khotkeys
