Kioslave really crashes, but it ACTUALLY OPENS "The digiKam Handbook - KDE Help Center". Thus I wrote partly incorrectly above. Windows pops up two times its error dialog reporting kioslave.EXE crash. Is this still an issue with KDE Frameworks 5.45 or greater or with Windows 10?
