Description Murz 2011-10-24 07:42:26 UTC
Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.7.2)
OS: Linux

When I open chats with many people, current tabs goes unusable: I see only icon and ... text.
Here is screenshot: http://wstaw.org/m/2011/10/24/plasma-desktopQ19118.jpg

If I move them to vertical style, this isn't solve the problem: http://wstaw.org/m/2011/10/24/plasma-desktopv19118.jpg

Will be good to add the option for show tabs with horizontal text in vertical order, like in Firefox extension: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/vertical-tabs/

Can you do something like this?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open many tabs

Actual Results:
You will see nothing instead of icons

Expected Results:
Will be good to see all usernames

Or, at first, do the multiline horisontal tab list.

Or, at first, do the multiline horisontal tab list, like in QIP: http://www.linux.org.ru/forum/desktop/6530175

The "multiline" tabs are not possible with the current Qt version, so you should ask Qt developers to add it: https://bugreports.qt.nokia.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa

As for the vertical tabs, this is bug 54194.
