Panel appeard at the end of the window
Sorry, but my Firefox made some mess and had send attachment to this bug .... Delete please I have a possibly related problem on KDE 4.7.4. I have two panels, one on the bottom and one at the top of the screen. Both extend to the full width of the screen. This is how I trigger the bug: * I connect a second monitor, extending the desktop to the right. * I disconnect the second monitor again, returning to normal single monitor setup Now, my upper panel pops up in the middle of the screen every time I log in. Every time I log in, I need to put it back on the top of the screen. The only way to resolve the problem is to remove the panel, and add it again. This happens consistently whenever I temporarily connect a second monitor. After the monitor is removed again, my top panel is vertically centered in the middle of the screen, and it cannot be convinced to go anywhere else anymore. Does the proposed solution in https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=283974#c6 apply to this one? At least the panel now is restored at the correct position on login. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 283974 *** |
