Amarok 2.4.0 is rather old, this is already solved in the next version, please upgrade. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 263256 *** Well.... i would love to, b ut it's been a while since Amarok is not offered for upgrade on my Kubuntu 11.04
maybe my installation misses a particular PPA, which one should I have to get amarok updates?

with this PPA, an amarok update appears... only with a full upgrade and some conflict to solve.
I'll wait 11.10... it's safer...

Thanks for your help though, it's nice to have some feedback on bug report ! You do know that you can only install amarok, amarok-common and amarok-utils, then disable the PPA again? No need to update everything, although it just will update your KDE version with a lot of bugfixes. The kubuntu PPAs are officially maintained by the Kubuntu developers an perfectly save. |
