Screenshot showing wrong encoded message body in tooltip

Version: 4.7 (using KDE 4.7.0)
OS: Linux

Actually using KMail 4.7.1/KDE 4.7.1, but this wasn't available for selection yet.

When hovering a mail in the message list, where the body contains non-ASCII chars, these chars are displayed as in the tooltip.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Hover a mail, where the body contains non-ASCII chars.

Expected Results:
The encoding of the mail body should be preserved in the tooltip, too.

See the attached screenshot for an example.

This problem does only apply to the message body, the message subject is shown correctly.
