If you would like to use one key to visit all new mails then use the "+" or "-" keys to navigate, they select the next and previous unread message. The exact behavior can be selected using the settings under "Misc -> Folders". i do not only want to navigate *new*, but *all* mails. Why is this marked as invalid? The described behaviour is a real annoyance and there is no configuration option available to stop it. mara, i think you have to file a new bug report as closed reports usually do not get any attention reopening. i'd ask the devs to re-think this behavior, as it is quite an annoyance for people who are used to the behavior that was implemented in kmail1 as well as in all other email clients that i know of. *** Bug 287821 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Git commit 58a02470b001b4722395cbda4ae201faa8c9601d by Montel Laurent.
