Sounds like your sound hardware gets easily influenced by radio waves of your other hardware components (e.g. the CPU). The fact that Gwenview doesn't expose the problem is probably just related to the fact that moving a map (especially in globe projection) requires a lot more resources than simply panning a photo in Gwenview. Do you have pulseaudio installed? Is your hard disk drive (HDD) very busy when panning? Then pulseaudio seems to choke on your HDD being too busy. |
