*** Bug 279041 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** What do you mean exactly? 1. is Kate already open, and you want the file browser (left tab) to jump to a specific location? 2. or do you want to open Kate normally, and the file browser should jump to the given location 3. or do you want that all files in the folder are opened recursively in Kate? No, this IS a duplicate, since both reports are assigned to Kate. *** Bug 279041 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** > is Kate already open, and you want the file browser (left tab) to > jump to a specific location? Kate may or may not be open. The user right-clicks on a folder in Dolphin and selects "Open in Kate". Kate would open (or get focus) and the Kate file browser would be open to the location on which the user clicked. > or do you want to open Kate normally, and the file browser should > jump to the given location Yes. > or do you want that all files in the folder are opened recursively > in Kate? No. Thank you Dominik. could this bug be potentially a duplicate of bug #288944 and a potential service menu for dolphin be available at http://kde-apps.org/content/show.php/kate+folder+service+menu?content=147325 Duping to the newer report as it has "more meat". *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 288944 *** |
