Since 4.6, going through widgets with mousewheel is completely useless, it takes a very small step, so im forced to use scrollbar. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open add widgets dialog, and using your mouse wheel scroll through widgets

Actual Results:  
The scrolling step is so small that its useless. 

Expected Results:  
The scrolling step should be bigger. I suggest three icons per scroll, because mostly in kde e.g. text scrolls three lines per one mousewheel scroll.

I think this is a feature request, not a bug
