Nepomuk agents are disabled message pops up 3 times when restarting KDE, this is after up'ing to 4.7 rc1, previously msg appeared only once 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
restart KDE


Expected Results:  
msg pops up a singe time
