Version: kde mobile profile coming from meego obs packages

Active, colored status for the arrow on the recommendation overlay when new recommendations are loaded; after reading/opening the recommendation overlay, the arrow goes back to normal 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- wait in the activity screen for new recommendations 
- look at the recommendation handle

Actual Results:  
- the handle blinks by changing the opacity

Expected Results:  
- it shouldnt blink or be animated; just the arrow gets a highlighting color (no transparency, well visible color like orange)

done, looks really bad tough, depends on the background color on how bad it actually looks

yes, might be even not be noticed by the user. maybe it would be better using a brighter color, like orange? 
we decided to not have animation or blinking here because of not irritating the user.
And if we go with option number 2, highlighting the whole area (window and arrow)? I know, it would mean duplicating the implementation, but what other options do we have?

want to try with a blue halo instead of a full blue arrow, probably would look nicer

mhh, is very very discreet - i think that the change of the color is not even seen by many users. and how about keeping our first idea and take the contour logo instead of the arrow. and turn that around from time to time (maybe every 6 sec.). the logo is a half circle, so would fit into the handle... 
but i have to admit, it was a long workday and my brain is a bit tired; maybe i have to rethink tomorrow ;)
