On some pages, the bug number is incorrectly displayed at the top of a web page.
For example, for https://bugs.kde.org/votes.cgi?action=show_bug&bug_id=33753 it shows
Bug <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=33753">33753</a>
instead of
Bug 33753
in the gray bar below the blue bar at the page's top.
