From the svn log: Revision 1125178 - (view) (download) (annotate) - [select for diffs] Modified Mon May 10 21:52:57 2010 UTC (13 months, 1 week ago) by fredrik File length: 39257 byte(s) Diff to previous 1124548 - Port Klipper to KStatusNotifierItem. - Remove the shortcut for showing the menu, and the option for showing the menu at the cursor position when the shortcut is triggered. (The shortcut is now configured in the systray settings.) I see, i did find this, however, where does one configure the 'pop-up at mouse cursor' ? I have this now, on 4.4.5, but on newer version klipper, there is no setting for this anymore (it too, was in the configure klipper in the 'general config' window, the first one was: popup menu at mouse-cursor position'. I can't find this on newer versions, If missing can we re-add this option too? That shortcut is now configurable in "systray settings", but it is practically quite buggy. See bug 244620 for more information. That 'popup menu at mouse-cursor position' problem is tracked in bug 254994. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 244620 *** |
Created attachment 61092 [details] this shows the shortcut on 4.4.5, 4.5.0 and above it no longer is present. Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.5.0) OS: Linux shortcut for "show klipper popup-menu' missing on all versions 4.5.0 and higher (last seen in 4.4.5) I use this quite extensively, and is really convenient when one can have the klipper pop-up right where your cursoe is, to prevent hand strain Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: install klipper on any KDE version 4.5.0 and higher (even 4.6.0, and also the 4.7.0 beta) Actual Results: cannot set this shortcut, and even when 'upgrading' to newer version (from previous version that does have the shortcut) it doesn't work anymore. Expected Results: my klipper to pop up with my klip list.
