Amarok in Kubuntu Natty (package amarok 2:2.4.0-0ubuntu5) is missing the following help pages:

- file:///usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en//amarok/starting-amarok.html.
- file:///usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en//amarok/default-layout-of-the-amarok-window.html.
- file:///usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en//amarok/the-media-sources-pane.html.
- file:///usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en//amarok/the-playlist-pane.html.
- file:///usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en//amarok/default-layout.html.
- file:///usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en//amarok/some-of-the-music-is-being-rapidly-skipped-over.html.
- file:///usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en//amarok/breadcrumbs.html.

According to KUbuntu, this is not a packaging issue, because "These files are generated at build time from the index.docbook that amarok ships using meinproc. The lack of these suggests that they are absent from the index.docbook file." (See Launchpad bug #798465.)

Building Amarok from sources the help works properly, these files are not missing, they are in index.cache.bz2 and extracted from the archiv on the fly.

And using the files index.cache.bz2+index.docbook from amarok-common_2.4.0-0ubuntu5_all.deb works as well here.

There must be a packaging problem, I can't reproduce this at all.

Confirmed, this is a duplicate of 276764. 

I could not reproduce this cause on systems compiled from sources the chache dir is empty (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=246755).
