Description Karan Pratap Singh 2011-06-16 12:03:36 UTC
Version: git-latest (using Devel)
OS: Linux

When we are chatting with someone, and by chance we accidentally close the chat handler then the conversation is lost.It will be nice if the conversation could be saved so that when we open the chat handler again for same contact, then we can see where we had left off. This is important because otherwise we loose context of the conversation...

Though if we sign out of contact list, then the conversation should not be saved by the chat handler

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Use telepathy chat handler and chat with a friend :)

Actual Results:
The conversation was not saved once I closed the chat window!

Expected Results:
The conversation should be saved when I close the chat handler window, and should be resumed where I left it off, when I reopn the chat handler window

none...

This feature will be provided when we are making proper use of a Observer that logs chats.
