At the bottom of the audio ripping dialog there is a rather inconspicuous save icon button which offers to save the settings. It's very easy to overlook. Perhaps the button should have some informative text in addition to the icon. I would like to test this, however, it does not seem to be possible to
get the dialog to appear without an actual audio-cd. I do not have
such cd at the moment. I will try, when I have access to an audio cd.
