i am running kubuntu 11.10 alpha and it has not worked since lucid it needs to be fixed because the remaining time is essential to know how long you have left before you need to plugin the laptop/netbook in or gives you a idea which was/is a good future that you took out of kde which is a shame in my book Why this bug is marked as "Resolved"? I'm still seeing this problem on Kubuntu 12.04 On Kubuntu 12.04 is necessary go to ~/.kde/share/config/plasma-desktop-appletsrc and add the line "showRemainingTime=true" below "showBatteryString=true" and restart KDE. |
