I agree on the initial statement. The "problem" is that for historical reasons, there are part kde-wise (Network and search engines as you correctly pointed out) whose code is in konqueror. Targetting 0.10, to work on it after 0.9 stable release. Anyway, you'll see it in kde5... I just debated about this problem with other KDE devs. Anyway, as said, this will be fixed in kde5. *** Bug 320768 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Development on Rekonq ceased four years ago, and it has been unmaintained since then. KDE recommends using Falkon instead. |
