- What I was doing when the application crashed:
I create a new user and try to start new session with KDE desktop.
- Unusual behavior I noticed:
A lot time to load de desktop
- Custom settings of the application:
It's the first time run kde.

The crash can be reproduced every time.

could you check if the package
kde-config-tablet 1.3.1 is installed
and if deinstalling this one fix the problem
(or does this not happen with a different/old user profile)?

Yes!, the problem is solved deleted the package.
