IF you create a new activity panels are the same of the older activity.

this is bad , why?  think about this:

Activity 1 with panels to do scripts and advanced stuff

Activity 2  without panels  and with " search and launch" desktop to  surf in internet and to write documents  BUT "without panels."

why wth  do you want this ?

well yes you should create a  lots of users but.. 

what if they can share a pc with several activity ? isn't faster ?

so i have asked to aseigo and he said it's not implemented , and of couse :D patch are welcome xD, 

i am wondering if anyone that works on plasma is interested to work on this:

layout panels A  activity  1
layoyt panels B  activity  2
