E.g. in Gwenview (but probably in other applications too) the string »Assistent zum Berichten von Fehlern und Wünschen starten« should be »Assistenten zum Berichten von Fehlern und Wünschen starten« (grammar!)

Confirmed. The localised text can be found in kdelibs4.po (latest Revision; stable and trunk), which is used in kdeui/dialogs/kbugreport.cpp:298.
