This is a rather curious bug. The KDE System Settings is extremely non-compact under the Norwegian Nynorsk locale. With ‘non-compact’, I mean the there is very much space between each icon. I will attach two screenshots showing this.

One reason could be that the names of the various categories are longer in Norwegian Nynorsk, but they’re actually not much longer. In fact, all the names fit on two lines, while in English one of them uses three lines. And the long names, e.g., ‘Skrivebordseffektar’, have embedded soft hyphens in them, so KDE could easily break them over two lines (it doesn’t do so, though).

Do take a look at the screenshots. It’s clear that even with the current line breaking, the margin around each icon could easily be much reduced, as it is under the English locale.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to KDE System Settings → Locale.
2. Choose Norwegian Nynorsk (nn) as the top locale (make sure you have the KDE language files for this language installed first).
3. Close KDE System Settings.
4. Reopen KDE System Settings, so that the language switch is allowed to take effect.

Actual Results:  
There is huge margins around each category icon.

Expected Results:  
There should be normal margins around each category icon, as under the English locale.
